Adopt a Bench Online Survey

When you choose to participate in the Central Park Conservancy Adopt-A-Bench Program, you are helping to maintain Central Park’s 9,000 benches. In your favorite area of the Park, select three or four benches that you particularly like (we suggest you select more than one in case your first choice is not available). Be sure to choose benches that do not already have plaques on their fronts. Each bench is identified by a five-digit tag number on the back of its top slat. Record those numbers and enter them below.
