6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

 

Get fit this summer with innovative exercises designed by top trainers to utilize the Park’s best natural features: rocks, trails, stairs, hills, and gorgeous open lawns. A variety of classes will help you to maximize your strength and agility, as well as increase flexibility and muscle tone. All fitness levels welcome. Space is limited to 20 participants per class on a first come, first served basis. Ages 18+.
